About A1 Monitoring
A1 Monitoring was formed by All-State Bonding in 2012 as an independent monitoring company. A1 Monitoring serves as another solution to the problem of overcrowded detention facilities and the practice of incarcerating a number of defendants for non-violent or financially-based crimes. Additional opportunities were recognized in legislation where monitoring could be used to assist the bail bonding industry in Georgia.
A1 Monitoring and its affiliate A&A All County Monitoring are dedicated to public safety and fair and equitable treatment of defendants in the pre-trial and post-trial release condition.
A1 Monitoring, through its affiliate, is approved by the Sheriff’s Offices and Superior Court Judges in most counties in Georgia.
Regardless of the type of monitoring that may be required, the process for engaging A1 Monitoring services is a very simple process with our 24/7 support!
Understanding the Process
The process begins when the enrollee’s family, attorneys, sheriff’s office, or judicial representative calls A1 Monitoring with a description of the situation and the location the person is incarcerated or the circumstances of the enrollee’s charges.
Our experienced agents from A1 Monitoring discuss the situation (house arrest, GPS monitoring, court-ordered monitoring, etc.) with the client and determine the proper and required type of monitoring and recommend the procedure for installation. Documents are provided to A1 Monitoring (court orders, probation orders, etc.) to further refine the type of service and the conditions for monitoring including any zone or schedule restrictions.
Arrangements are made with the client for the date and time of installation and the payment arrangements are made prior to installation. Coordination of the actual installation and any requirements of the client (bond clearance, probation notification, etc.) are made by the installing agent from A1 Monitoring.
The installation takes place (pre or post-release) and the monitoring agreement with A1 Monitoring is explained and signed by the enrollee. All conditions are explained and a check sheet for contact is provided to the enrollee.
Post-install contact commences by A1 Monitoring after the unit is installed and the enrollee has experience with charging, maintaining the equipment, and zone or schedule restrictions.
Completion of program events is implemented by A1 Monitoring after receipt of any final payments by the enrollee and receipt of the required modification to bond orders, probation release orders, etc. Equipment is scheduled for removal by A1 Monitoring.
